Interesting Article found in the Jerusalem Post about Obama. Basically says that talk is cheap, force is effective in so many words. Doesn't necessarily contradict my earlier notions about talk between the US and Europe (because we're not the Middle East or transnational terrorists), but does add a premium to military force.
